Do any of you guiez use the Nike+ sensor for running?

And, do you need to have your iPod/nike+ band/nike+ watch for your running to be recorded?


Or can you just sync it to your computer after you run?

i havent used it myself but i have all the stuff for it, both my training shoes have the chip holder thing, but you have to have the ipod or the watch or whatever they have for it to work.
