Help me find a external hard drive

so as im getting into editing i am using up alot of memory and i need somewhere to put my videos. I have a macbook and i just want something in the $100 range that is reliable if thats possible

If you want to do it right, spend a bit more and get a good drive. The one I am linking to writes to two separate drives as you work. This leaves you with a backup in case one drive fails.

Or just buy the enclosure and pick up two internal hard drives for it, that'd be cheaper.

Whereabouts in Canada are you? Because if future shop is your best bet you're most likely missing out on sales / only getting a small amount of choice...

Two drives in raid 1 is primo, if you couldn't ever have yourself lose your shit.

For around $100, depending on where you go, you can find 750-1000GB Western Digital external drives for that price.

im from sault ste marie, if you dont know where that is its about 8-10 hours away from Toronto

and keep in mind this is my first external drive so im a idiot when it comes to this

buy your own drive and enclosure, its cheeper then buying the 2 already put together
