Tramp Help?

any suggestions on trampolines? i just got one and i needed some advice.. i was triing to cork, but could really get around to gettign of axis...

and practical help? thanks ;)

Take some lessons! I had some this winter, cost me 160$ for 10x90min course with a teacher, helped me so much. If you can't i'd say frontflip, misty 5 and side flip are the easiest.

yeah go to a tumbling gym there is probably one close by to were you live there is always someone there to help you learn stuff for tramps. and another thing just keep trying stuff find different ways to throw tricks and eventually you will get to where you want to be.

gymnasts wont help you with corks because its not a gymnast move... join the trampoline cult, we do lots there!

just think about how each flip/rotation is supposed to work and huck it
eventually you'll be able to do just about anything and put it to your feet

Well after I learned learn front full it realy helped me. the way I learned it I had to go half a front flip then start rotating while finishing your front so I did most of my rotation with my feet in front and my rotation axe to the horisontal... Its not a cork but you get the feeling and a better general aerial skill to like know where you are and feel better in the air. It felt was easier and safer to learn cork after!
