Xbox because of Gears of War and Forza Motorsport.
PS3 is fun too but i could not live without those games, plus i like the xbox controller better.

ive owned both i went ps2 xbox 360 ps3 i think you get used to it and dont want to change bc it makes u suck for a little while. i dont think its a reason not to upgrade. Just having the issues with the functionality of the 360 was reason enough to ditch it. I had to send my 360 in 3 times for red ring of death. then when i sold it the guy used it for a month and had it happen again. i can turn my ps2 on today and it still works great ps3 has never had an issue

xbox you have to pay for, paying = better support
ps3 is free, = cool because, its... well... free........
ps3 is also more expensive

conclusion: if you play onlune, then xbox is actually better, if you plan to watch blu ray movies n stuff then ps3 is for you

Personally, I prefer xbox. I've got nothing against ps3 users, but I just like the games for xbox better, the controller better, and even though you have to pay for live I think that it's worth it and so much better than ps3. Although the ps3 is probably a better deal with the blu-ray and all, and I think its a more powerful system. If I could get either for free though I would still stick with the xbox. I'm excited to see what both companies will do with the next generation.
