what do people think about the ski? can it butter? how does it handle abuse etc.

some of the best skis ive been on, this was my 3rd season with them ( didnt end up skiing much more than a handfull of times, broke my back a few weeks into the season) so it hasnt been a solid 3 years but they have held up much better than anyother ski ive owned, no reason for me not to use them next year aswell.

they loosened them up after my years, if your not a pussy you can butter the '08 models fine, anyone should be able to get the new one around, only complaint is that there not that great edge to edge but what do you expect

Moments construction is top notch, so yes it will handle abuse..

Reno Jibs are such a fun ski! If you want to butter, you gotta through all your weight on the tips. They are pretty damn durable too.

The Ski kills it. yes it can butter. it handles abuse like a champ super happy with my jibs.

I go to their factory all the time and hang out with spencer and peter. Casey and what not. They are all hella chill and put a lot of work into their product. But they need to spend a little more time on their topsheets/cores. Their cores are really soft and that makes for bindings falling out and tips/tails breaking. I broke 2 sets of moments this year. Their customer service is also horrible. My friend in vernon broke a pair and tried for 3 weeks to get ahold of them. I had to give him their personal phone number

I beg to differ. I ripped my Moment jacket first day out. Don't know how, probably my fault. I sent them and email with pictures and they had no problem warrantying my jacket.
