I'm thinking of doing a summer season at one of the European glaciers (Or in one of the bigger cities close by). So far I've narrowed my options down to:
Bergen (Folgefonna)
Sion (Saas Fee)
Innsbruck (Hintertux)
Grenoble (Les Deux Alpes)
How hard am I going to find getting a job at one of these places without being able to speak much of the local language? I can speak some French, less German and no Norwegian. Also, does anyone know if an ISIA stamp will get you a discounted lift ticket at any of these places? All the glacier parks seem sweet, I'm just not sure which place I'll get the most out of. Any input on these places would be appreciated and will most likely be rewarded with karma. I search-barred and posted this in the appropriate regionals a couple of weeks ago but didn't get many responses.
