Is Laax open in the summer?

hit me up, if you decide to go to Les 2 Apes. I will be there for two weeks.

All those places are relatively far from the glacier in question, and considering summerskiing starts at 8 (or earlier) and ends at 1 or 2, you are basically too far away. In 2 Alpes they have the shape for liftpass deal, which i'm gonna give a try this year. Basically, if you help shape the park for a couple of hours after closing, you'll get a free liftpass for the next day. Only problem is that there seems to be a lot of people wanting to do this, so the line to get picked can be pretty long. So you might not wanna putt all your eggs in that basket. If you don't speak the languages to the extent that you can serve people in a restaurant or in a skishop, then you'll struggle getting a job. In the resorts the jobs are also almost always taken by the people that did it during the winter. 2 Alpes might be your best bet, seeing that the it has the biggest resort town of all those. On the other hand, they're french, and unlikely to be hiring many non french speaking workers.

if you don't speak Norwegian i would rule out that completely as you will have a shit time, i suggest you focus on Innsbruck or les 2 alpes i have never been to innsbruck but it is a city, so the range of jobs will be much larger than a ski resort town. so you will have much more chance of getting a job in a bar or something. I also suggested les 2 alpes because i went there two summers ago and it is wicked the park is amazing and the people are wicked plus you won't have to drive or take a bus to the lifts, but finding a job will be much harder. or alternatively you save up as much as much as you can and try and bum it in 2 alpes.

I've never been to folgefonna, but I've had tons of friend go there, it seems pretty sweet and pretty consistent every summer. If you have a page with info, I'd be happy to help translate.

There's a road all the way up to the resort, good parking, capacity of 1200 persons/hour (lifts)
It opens up may 14th.  I dont really know whast info you'd want, but the weather changes very quick, its 1200 meter above the ocean~~.

About getting a job, I have no clue whatsoever, I guess just mailing the different resorts etc would probably be best. However, not being able to speaking the language should'nt really be much of a problem, as atleast folgefonna gets alot of international visitors. They also have courses and international camps you can sign up for, but considering its here, that might not be needed. However signing up and going there should be simple enough.

As the others have said, being in rental or shops when you are not speaking the language might be hard. But if its just shaping or helping people on the lifts, it shouldnt really be much of a problem.

As mentioned, the alps have the most resorts and biggest possibilities wich most likely means a bigger chance of getting a job.
