If you want crazy dirty dubstep look up excision. I'm not really for all the, optimus prime taking eating a burrito and then taking a shit dubstep sound. I like dubstep that I guess most people would barely even call dubstep. But here's a few of my favorites:

I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate for some of these cause some of them aren't even really dubstep but whatever. I tried to post a broad spectrum of dubstep so pick the ones you like and look for similar artists.

Sorry now that I re-read that it does sound pretty stupid. I mean that a majority of Dubstep listeners would call the music I listen to not REAL I guess "hardcore" Dubstep. Like that Diplo and Sunday Girl- Four Floors video I posted. Yes it has a heavy bassline but not really a drop or anything else to classify it as Dubstep. Honestly what genre would it be classified as? I hope you can kinda understand what i'm saying. Sorry I'm really tired and trying to explain as best I can.

Calling it now.

Moonbahton is the next big genre.


Its already getting pretty big. For those of you that don't know, its like 90 bpm dutch house music with a strong latin feel.

but there was a member of the glitch mob (left beacuse his music was evolving from glitch to dub) name: Kraddy he had some sick ass shyte, no the gmob is edIT, Ooah & Boreta just btw

Not really a fan myself.


But Diplo is reallllyyy jumping on the moonbahton thing, also heard some recent Skrillex and even he is producing Moonbahton (which is silly as hell, Skrillex shouldn't touch Moonbahton)

haha judging by these posts you have a lot to get caught up on... old news with everything thats been in here, no offense

honestly though its all about person preference and the kind of dubstep you prefer listening to, it varies quite a bit... goes from super grimy to glitchy. basically all I listen to though so I keep myself updated, Ill let you know about some good dubstep if you're interested
