Ski Film Festivals is seeking an intern this summer.
We have been planning the Midwest Ski Film Festival, and other small events in the Midwest for the past three years. The Midwest Ski Film Festival or "MWSFF" has already managed to stand out as one of the premier pre-season events in the entire country and this year we are extending our reach and creating another premier event in Park City.
Our Summer Intern will work to manage content on our websites, generate email newsletters, assist in sponsorship sales, and in both internet and physical advertising and promotion.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about creating events, managing sponsorships with key accounts (We work with clients like Red Bull, Scion, Salomon etc), and what it takes to thrive as a small independent business.
The internship is unpaid, but College Credit will be provided. There is also a good chance you will pick up free gear from our sponsors and supporters, you will receive free VIP admission to our events as well. The ideal candidate will have basic experience with HTML, WordPress or similar blogging software, and is currently seeking a marketing degree. You must be able to provide your own transportation to and from our office in Park City, Utah at least 3 days a week from June 20th - August 20th.
