Callout : Mr_FreshShirt

Ok this is a callout for mr. freshshirt cause I'm pretty sure a I got scammed and to get some other peoples opinions on the situation.

So before Christmas this year we were exchanging messages about a custom hoodie design and it seemed all good. So a few days after Christmas once we had the design figured out I payed him through paypal and he said on December 28 that the hoodie was “in production”. By January 6 it was “basically done”. So long story short, after more than 2 months of me sending him multiple messages in a row because he responded about every two weeks I still don’t have my hoodie. The last message he sent was on February 16 say “ heres the tracking # dog” BUT THERE WAS NO NUMBER. He even gave me his cell number but he didn’t respond to any texts either. So ive been pretty pissed about it for a while and figured it was time to try to do something about it, just wondering if anyone knows him in person and can see whats up. Maybe I shouldn’t have payed him so soon but he has lots of legit feedback and id heard his name plenty of times on here so I figured he was legit. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
