Prom advice

So I'm a sophmore and i got asked to prom, and I don't really know anything I need to do for prom. What should i get my date and stuff like that. I guess just like prom etiquette?

Pay for everything, get that flower thing, and don't be a bitch.

I went as a sophomore, too, and that is what I did, and it worked fine. There isn't too much to it.

Don't go unless you like the girl, prom is a waste, but if you do, and youre trying to impress this chica

- Pay for her ticket and the corsages
- Don't get some gay ass bright suit, Straight black tux, white shirt, and black bowtie. Swag is in the details, get some funny cufflinks of ebay or something(theyre like 5$)
- Be a gentleman, girls care about prom way more than guys so make it about her
- Prepare to be forced into taking about 500 photos

1. ignore the people who say prom is a waste of time and for losers. there is nothing wrong with dressing up with your pals and having fun. they are all just a bunch of outcasts who thinks its cools to reject society.
2. buy her ticket and her corsage (the flowers fro her wrist)
3. arrange for a ride. having your parents drive you or taking your rusty-ass-jalopy isnt something she wants.
4. try not to be really awkward and say generic stuff like "wow you look great!" because you look like a generic ass. if you run out of things to talk about or do, acknowledge that and talk about how awkward you are. its sounds weird but its fun to be blatantly obvious about the flaws.
5. once you get there everything will be like a regular school dance and it should be fine. dont be afraid to dance around like a bit of a fool, its more fun than sanding in the corner with your date or a bunch of friends.

Everything this guy said. Prom is definitely fun but it is hellas expensive especially if you are paying for all your date's shit. Whatever the case may be, turn your swag on, look fresh and have fun.
