Ridiculous

So i got final cut express 4 for my birthday and I tried putting some shots from my GoPro and it looked like shit!. i need some help so if anyone can give me some links to some videos explaing the software and stuff and how to get my footage back to full hd! thanks much

There's a USC video tutorial on YouTube that's really good. You need to get mpeg streamclip and transcode the videos first

basically just download mpeg stream clip, convert to apple intermediate codec and adjust all other settings as done in the video, and then when you put them into fce the clips should conform
