What I'm looking for: I would like a ski that is as competent backwards as it is forwards; a good pow jib ski.
My local shop's manager suggested Blizzard's The Answer. I wasn't too sure about it as it does have minimal rocker. But the advantage to these would be that they're locally available. There's not a whole lot of twintip ski brands to choose from in Winnipeg.
I looked on.
I decided to check out Armada since a local pro was quite happy with his alpha 2s. The JJs seemed pretty happy skiing in any direction (I haven't tested them as no one sells armada here).
So opinions are appreciated.
Also, should I create a thread called 'the ski vs. Ski thread to eliminate threads like mine?
