Uploading vegas work to vimeo

i recently uploaded an edit i made in vegas pro 9, rendered as a wmv., but when i uploaded it and played it it was relatively bad quality and had no sound. help!

Strange I do some vids as wmv just to save time and the quality is good and the sound comes out fine. Maybe export as .m2t since vimeo accepts that now. Should give you banger quality.

*select appropriate frame size(1280x720 for vimeo hd) and frame rate
*baseline profile
*cavlc coding
*change field order to progressive
15000000 bps
****important*** if you have a fast video card change encode mode to 'Render using GPU'
click the project tab and change 'video render quality' to best
