Replying to NEEDED: Roommate in SLC

Yo everyone, me and my two other roommates are looking for a 4th to fill a bedroom that our old roommate moved out of last month. You would have your own room in the basement and share a bathroom with one other person. We all ski or ride and are 420 friendly. Other than little shindigs we don't party at the house and being that it's a nice interior we try to keep the place clean. Rent is $350/month with most utilities covered, we pay for internet and gas which when split 4 ways is at most $40 per person, usually less. The house is a duplex and is located near 800 South and West Temple. I realize it's not the best location, but it's a decent price for a nice place and it is located 1 block away from an on ramp to I-15. We are trying to find someone to move in/start paying rent by April 1st, so if you're interested let me know ASAP!!
