Armada JJ or 4F Turbo

Im looking to get a pow ski for next year and wanted an opinion on what ski to get. I'm 6 feet 165. I know both skis are pretty playful, but I just wanted to get some opinions

Get the one that fits you best.. The CRJ is more like the JJ, check them out..they have the same rocker type and reverse camber in the tip and tails as the JJ's..

I don't know much about the Turbos but the JJs are super sick and I would suggest them to anyone I know. Just an all around awesome ski. You won't be disappointed if you choose the JJs

the turbo is a different ski than the JJ, 107 underfoot, the jj goes heads up with the CRJ.  if you want a JJ youll have  to pay a lot more, they sell out super quick

Like people have said, CRJ and JJ is more of a fair comparison. I used to have JJs, now I have CRJs. I like my CRJs more. The only time I miss my JJs is in really tight trees when the snow conditions are variable. If it's pow, the CRJs pivot super easy but when it comes to variable snow, the tighter turning radius of the JJ was nice. If you want a playful BC jib ski, look at next years YLEs. They look super dope.

to the best of my knowlege, they sold out early January.  if you know what you want, order in October, they are sure to be full stocked up...

The JJ and Bent Chetler seem to be the 2 benchmark standard for all pow skis, with the rossi S7 not far behind...

On the turbos, however, i have a pair and love them!! very nimble ski, way out did my expectations!!!  they slay groomers very well, i use them as an east coast all mountain ski, and take them out west too, great one ski quiv, just one of the most versitile skis i have ever used.

JJ's? i havent ever seen the JJ's for lower than $550 ever and that price was rare too.  I would pay a little extra anyway and order them from your local shop, that way you can get em mounted really well, and get a lot of help when getting them in. (provided you live by an Armada dealer)

I don't. I live in manitoba and my local ski shop's manager is very biased in what he sells. Nothing made in China (so no line or K2), no Rossignol skis (says they're all about the money and mass production, yet somehow Dynastar is different), no Atomic (says they make nice skis, not good ones) or many others like armada (not sure of the reason, I'm sure he has one) I can respect some of his reasons, it's just maddening I don't have a local selection that others do.

oh yeah i know all about those shops!! lol  but yeah... depending on your budget and what you want underfoot... I would get the AI JJ, limited Edition, if you know you want it, order it TODAY!!

My good friend has the JJs and he loves them - can't stop talking about how sick they are. I've never personally skied on them, though he's going to let me at some point soon!
