Liberty lte's warrantee

so ive been skiing my lte's for a little over two months now and they are falling apart. They say on their site that they wont cover damages due to hitting rails or anything like that, but a ski lasting only two months is a bit rediculous.

Has anyone else had any luck with their warrantee? I'd rather keep skiing them as best I can for the rest of this season than take off the bindings and send them in to Liberty

and theres one spot on the ski that I'm really confused about. Right under one heelpiece theres about a 4 inch length of topsheet that is popped up, leaving the core exposed. and right in that spot the ski is really flexy. I'm not sure what came first but i think that water might have gotten in and rotted the core a bit, and now there are a couple screws that are ripped out and the binding is kind of loose now. and these screws definitely seem like they rotted out because they can go in and out with ease.

so anybody had any luck with them? any helpful thoughts on the situation?
