Landed a little sideways and the snow didn't give at all... Binding didn't release and leg broke right at the top of the binding.

Sled ride wasn't too shabby. Always fun to be carried next to a kids mogul contest. Pretty weaksauce to break a leg like that though. Oh well... it happens. At least it's towards the end of the season.

Haha, sorry dude that sucks but I did almost the same thing at Whiteface.  Messing around in the spring skiing in jeans and t shirts.  Landed a little crooked doing trains of old school tricks and broke my ankle.  Sucked because we got dumped on twice that April.  Good Luck with the recovery though

Def morphine... Meant the boot. Look Lifter PX12s were the bindings. This rod is pretty sweet though, just did a lap around the hospital with hardly any pain (haven't had any morphine for five hours).

DIN was at 8. Impact I think was very perpendicular to the ski.

damnnn sorry to see that happen. i guess i can justify not spinning that jump ever hahah. i always straight air it for 2 reasons..
1) afraid to underrotate
2) dont want to risk falling before the next 3 jumps
