I need to find a place to get turf or something that works for summer riding. any ideas???

disagree. I have turf and construction fence and I cant tell the difference between the two. It definitely isn't fast though. I would say the best way to get speed would be to get a bin of snow from the closest ice rink. You dont need that much, just a little bit and you will feel the difference.
