Pretty Cool Random Facts

I got to thinking today, I know a few really random but pretty cool facts. And I thought, hey this would be a good thread to see if any newschoolers had any pretty cool really random facts they would like to share, so heres mine...

The moon is supposed to appear to be a full moon, and appear to be 14% bigger today for the first time in 20 years.

I haven't made nearly enough threads to post 700 times in them, and at most, i'm guessing 100 of my posts are in my own threads, that's probably the average for most newschoolers.
