So during my lax game last night i got pushed from behind and fell in a funny way. my left leg came across my body, much like in a way you would see sitting with their ankle perched across their knee, reading the morning paper (pictures can be added if this is confusing). Anyway i fell on my leg like this and now it hurts to lock my leg, straighten it, do most things on it. Is this a hyperextension or what? is it okay to run or ski on? im have another game today, and then i plan on skiing tomorrow but should these things be cancelled? herp me out por favor :)
my knee hurts like i did a hyperextention on it....but skiing not fallin weird...lol weird story man....just be carefull if you do ski...dont push it to hard
if it hurts to bend your knee all the way back it could be what i had. I tore my meniscus and it was super swollen and i couldn't bend my knee all the way or lock my knee
def could be meniscus....could also be PCL (post. cruciate lig). does it feel unstable at all? like wobbly? or does it click, lock or pop with pain? if so, get that bitch an MRI, if not, youll probibally be ok!
