so i just broke my heel about 10 days ago skiing. im really pissed it wil take a good 3 months with crutches and limping around. it happened by me overshooting a jump and landing flat. I am still wondering why i broke it so bad (into 4 different pieces) when i was only 3 or 4 meters up in the air. ive been in the hospital since and just watching ski movies, if other people can go off clifs that are 60 feet high and land perfectly fine why did i hurt my foot so bad? so if you have a bit of an explanation to help me i would appreciate it.
Clearly you just had the wrong size boot. My boot ran one size small this year and i also bruised my heel and my toe nail fell off after it turned black and blue.
im not really sure if my boot was the perfect. but i didnt just bruise my heel i broke it into 4 wich is alot of damage i thought when i only fell from 4 or 5 m and i landed on a bit of a downhill
that sucks man im sorry to hear that but yo just hope for the best. on another note i broke my wrist 4 weeks ago and it turned out to be ok im so pumped they took my cast off yesterday and gave me a splint for another few weeks. done it like a boss in just 4 weeks!
