To all you young ones out there, my greatest advice in avoiding injuries is by working out working out working out. I cannot tell you how many injuries I have gotten because of weak legs, and to the contrary, how many I have avoided from keeping my lower body and core fit. Keeping these parts of the body strong will not only allow you to power through casing jumps and underrotated spins, but they will eliminate those end-of-the-day injuries because your legs will still be strong and powerful come 2 or 3 oclock. Try and get to the gym to do a leg workout at least once or twice a week, and always keep your core strong by doing situps and stuff. strong legs: lesser knee injuries, strong core: lesser back injuries and more steezy in the air. Watch schlopy sometime and you can just tell that kid can dominate the weight room by how powerful and strong he looks in the air and on his landings. Just a thought.
