Going to Steamboat Springs, CO for a college visit, im gonna ski when im
out there obviously. I was just wondering if anyone had any clue on how
there park is? is there a college season pass option for next year
because $1199 is pretty pricy.
Post in regionals next time. I almost went to college in Steamboat until I realized how much better Summit County is. A lot of steamboat kids just buy a season pass for Summit (5 fuggin mountains for half the price of steamboats pass) and end up driving here on the weekends.
Now that I think of it there might have been some sort of discount when I looked a few years ago... but I know it was still right around a grand.
their park is marginal at best... season passes if you're a CMC student are around 600 dollars (plus like 50 in tax). On years like this the pow is epic, so fluffy. Not to many steeps but lots of fun aspen trees and tiny chutes.
I heard that also. I think Steamboat is going to continue to step it up in the coming years... Especially with CMC there. Obviously not a Breck or anything but whatever.
