So last night my two buddies got in a fight with this kid who had been calling them out bad.
I was driving them and we roll up and this kid is chillin in a picnic shelter for a little firs we were all going to. So buddy 1 starts yelling at him to get the fuck out and fight like a man. After a little bit this isn't working, so buddy 2 runs in there and tells him to get out, and the kid throws first punch and proceeds to get worked by buddy 2. Kid walks out and buddy 1 is yelling at him, then starts to throw a few punches at him.
We didn't intervene as it wasn't much of a fight, we just watched, but I voiced how fucking pissed I was that it was 2 v 1 on him. The kid leaves seemingly all good just emotionally wrecked. I'm cruising about 20 min. later and get pulled over with both of my buddies in my truck and the cop basically just tells us to stop bothering people which we thought was dope.
Next morning I find out from my MOM that the kid was in the hospital last night for a concussion, and she said that he may press charges.
Keep in mind the the kid
-Provoked the shit out of my two buddies
-Threw the first punch
-Is 18, we're all 16
Is this kid going to have a case, and if so am I going to be dragged into this shit for driving?
