Problems uploading icon

i cant seem to upload a new icon i made. Its 50x50 and 4kb.

every time i try the page just refreshes and my old icon is still there

Two options for fixing icon issues:

1) Make sure to clear your cache BEFORE uploading
2) If your current icon is a GIF, save your new one as JPG or vice versa

you can't not lose an animation. thing is, upload a temp .jpg file. then reupload another .gif

like just say I have file awesomeiconlol.gif as my current icon, I want awesomeiconlol.gif(v2) as my new file. Make a dummy .jpg, name it loldummyjpg.jpg. upload that. then take awesomeiconlol.gif(v2) and change its name to loliconawesome.gif and you should be good to go.

Gotta learn to outsmart the computer by making it so it can't connect files that shouldn't be tied to one another
