So a while ago in class we were talking about futur jobs and all that crap and I was informing the teacher that we were really not THAT interested in the discussion. So the teacher asks me if i could do anything what would it be? So i said not work and get a car and lift tickets payed every day all my life. So then the weird part starts, evevery one exept my buddies, the skiers and the ones texting ( so like ten people ) say that lifestyle would suck and that i would have no sense of accoplishment.
NS, what do you think about this?
you would live your life with a smile from start to finish. I am sure you would meet a fine lady friend and have kids. Then, you could build a family (accomplishment) and ski for the rest of your life (fun)
society just has its own standards for what success is. If you were able to gather enough money to ski every day of your life and be super happy i think youd be way more successful than the rich guy who works every day and is miserable.
You'd be doing what you love everyday, but then you're coming home to a freezing backseat.
Depends on the person if it's worth it or not. But i've thought about this
Yeah I mean, some people would love that life others wouldn't. I assume you are in high school? as you grow up, your priorities may or may not change, you might find yourself wanting to do something else, and want more financial freedom and whatnot.
Just have fun while you can before real life catches up with you hah
It's all how the person gauges accomplishment, for some people the just being able to ski everyday is enough, but for others they need more for them to feel accomplishment and thus strive for more. Just because a person is satisfied with less doesn't always make them lazy either, it just means they don't need as much to have a fulfilling life.
