the rapper definitely sounds like MF Doom, Sadly he's been on the scene as MF Doom, dangerdoom and all sorts of shit and...well I don't know his stuff well enough to tell you the exact song. Browse his stuff though and maybe you'll find it. On your way check out Sofa King by him, there is a really chill version that is perfect for jibbing to.
