Good DVD players

Hey, I'm gonna be getting a DVD player soon and I've pretty much narrowed it down to Sony or Hitachi.
I know alot of you guys got them, so if ya could reply what is good and what is shit it would be aprecciated. Later.

I dont know really whats good or not but I love my sony. I used to work at best buy and pretty much everyone, including the home theatre guys had sony.

I have a Panasonic DVD-RV31 and its great. IT was about $135 USD and has a lot of good features like surrond sound encoding and other stuff. Sony also makes great DVD players except you pay a lot more for the name, So the panasonic is a much better deal.
