Do you guys ever read stuff through? The article says that she turned herself in close to where the cousin lives, and that she had sex with him BEACAUSE it wasn't allowed.
I don't see anything dumb in there. Had it been a man doing a little girl, I think it would have been a lot different. The 14 year-old was obviously enjoying it :-) Doing it a car while his cousin was driving. haha. It's a pretty innocent case if you ask me.
