Refundable beer bottles

in most of europe you get money back for returned beer bottles. i have never seen littered beers containers in europe. why don't large american breweries do this? since they can reuse the bottles it seems like a win win.

10 cents in Michigan. Everyone always wanted the party to be at their house so they could use all the garbage cans and bottles to buy booze for the day after hahah.
