Anyone on NS make maple syrup?

So the season just about started here in Connecticut, was wondering if anyone else does. I plan on making a little more than a gallon with the lack of maple trees in my yard, but it's fun!

My uncle make some sirup and tire and maple butter. But he didnt make some this year :(, my mom bought some at the supermarket and its not as good.

weve got some family friends up in New Hampshire that make maple syrup. I dont like maple syrup except for theirs... havent had it in years tho

NH makes some dope maple sizzurp but we spoon VT we are lovers so I would have to back my significant other VT on a maple sizzurp battle against Quebec.
