Where to bulk order tall tees?

Alllright so I have a friend whos trying to start up a clothing company and he's wondering where to buy tall tees similar to the ones you would buy at champs (tall and not wide) in bulk. If anyone can send me in the right direction I'll really appreciate it, +k for good answers!

Yeah that's just like champs, but they have a tag printed on the inside. My friend was tryin to avoid that. Any ideas?
