i bought brand new Twall hot doggers 2 weeks ago and yesterday was my first day on them and the top buckle snapped completely off, the loops that hold the buckle on broke in half and I am honestly really pissed off that that happened, especially on my first day. I haven't got the chance to call customer service because im in school and it happened yesterday. Do you think they will replace this part and if they do would it be cheaper to just buy the part instead of shipping it to them and waiting the 4-6 weeks like normal repairs are.
