As much as I hate tow truck drivers and towing companies they are just doing their job. Guy is a douche for paying in pennies. $88 is not bad at all, I've had friends pay over $200.

honestly, its kinda stupid that the cops and the girl working there had to waste their time just cus this guys being a smart ass. the only one who this is an inconvenience for at this point is the girl behind the counter, and she had nothing to do with his car being towed. you dont wanna have to walk all the way home? dont park illegally. fuckin idiot.
