Yall must not understand that we need to fight in Iraq. Saddam supported terrorists, and HAD weapons of mass destruction. He was a very big threat to natioanl security. Bush did the right thing. I support almost every desicion Bush made except a few internal issues.

If not... well, let's just say Bush's record speaks for itself, and leave it at that. Different people can interpret that statement differently.

Michael Moore has documented sources for everything I've seen him say. He's no less biased, but his biased portrayal of events are based in fact. Meanwhile, he's also not half the blunt instrument O'Reilly is, and considering what he did to Heston, that's saying a lot... O'Reilly is comedy, and I appreciate him for it. But Actually taking him seriously is a bit absurd... in short, Michael Moore should be taken with a grain of salt and unspun. Bill O'Reilly should be laughed at with abandon. He really is funny.

i like bush..and i like michael moore movies..he really does only show one side of the story though.. When he tries to get opinions from the side he is not on, he skews them to make that person look like an idiot.. I still enjoy his movies though..But for now..im for Bush

A rocket shell that was filled with sarin nerve agent was found in Iraq, where terrorists are looking for wepons of mass destruction. Why would the terrorists look for them in Iraq? Simply, because they are there.

Why don't you hear about weapons of mass destruction being found in Iraq? Maybe it's because the media is left wing and dosen't want you to hear about it so they can help get Bush out of the office.

As for the link between Al Queada and Saddam. It's there. Saddam offered safe haven for terrorists, including Bin Laden. Even Clinton said that saddam was a threat and that he needed to be stopped.

As for michael Moore's 'documentary'(which it isn't, because a the definition of a documentary is: Presenting facts objectively without editorializing or inserting fictional matter, as in a book or film...just the opposite of what Moore does in his films). Moore dose not give the whole truth in his film. He gives only the one sided 'truths' designed not to give information about 9/11 and how it could have been stopped, but his 'truths' are designed to get Bush out of office.

Oh, and I understand the pain that Americans felt on Sept. 11th. I'd be pissed and want to kill some terrorists too if two planes crashed into the CN tower. Action was necessary, but frankly, what country REALLY harbors terrorists, for sure? Of what nationality was the overwhelming majority of the terrorists? They were from Saudi Arabia, not Iraq! And even you know why Saudi Arabia can't be attacked (you don't need to see the movie for that).

Bush is a lazy, incompetent jackass, who is merely a puppet of his dad's friends. Yes, Micheal Moore only showed one side of the story, and Saddam DID need to be considered, but honestly, they should of done that a while ago.

the ONE rocket shell with TRACES (READ: Non-Lethal Amount) was left over from the mid 90s (maybe even mid 80s, I forget which). So, you're saying it was OK to go to war when we find 1 single, no lethal, weapon. I would hardly call that a weapon of mass destruction. Hell even if it was, there is only one. No a good reason to go to war.

As for the terrorist connection, THERE ISN'T ONE WITH IRAQ. I fuckiong ahte it when all these ignorant little people are yelling IRAQ AND TERRORISM. There isn't a connection.

YES there are terrorists there now. NO there weren't anymore in taht country before the war then in most of teh middle east. Hell, Bush (even though he tried) couldn't find a connection, that's why he never said it was a reason for going.

No, I haven't seen farienheit 9/11. I haven't really had a chance. The only reason I would see it is bascially so I don't have to rely on things other people say, like in the article that I gave the link to. I also don't want to support Moore, so If anyone wants to give me $6 so I can see it, I'd be happy to take it.

Forgot this: The first Bush didn't kill saddam because the UN wouldn't allow him. George W. knew that Iraq was a threat to our security, and went on with the war becusae it's more important than UN support. Times changed between the 2 precidencies.(sp)

Oh, I forgot, he knew beforehand that the centrifuges weren't usable in the manufacturing of weapons, and that there was no such uranium; CIA reports said as much, and yet, he reported this.

For all the bitching you do about Moore 'spinning' the facts, the idea of going after every shady munition found in Iraq and shouting 'THERE! There! See, WMDs, just like he said!' is excessively hypocritical. You'd find worse by simply perusing some of Alabama's private weapons collections.

The fact is that there was a WMD by finding the sarin nerve gas, regardless of how much there was. There are pictures of Saddam's people, where they have been killed by WMD. They are there. We haven't searched the entire country, we just need to find them.

By the way, Melvs, I think you misspoke a bit there, when you said Bush never said it was a reason for going. I can give you a couple of dozen quotes where he (in no uncertain terms) connects Iraq to Al Qaeda, and, according to him and everyone in his administration, this alleged link, and the alleged WMDs, were the two major reasons for invading Iraq. During the war, members of the administration also said that while the liberation of Iraqis was a goal, it was not important enough to 'put American boys' lives at risk' for.

Oh, I've got an idea, ATL, listen: I respect that you're (apparently) a republican and a conservative, but seriously, don't you agree that Bush is a horrible leader who has made extremely bad decisions? Yes, the economy is going well, but tell me, is it because of certain measures taken by Bush...? No! Your country has the money and the potential to become much greater, don't you agree that your public schools, in general, are a dismal failure and that something needs to be done about it? Do you want your country to be regarded as 'a hobo land' of 'uneducated people'?

Give one term to Kerry to kick Bush out of the oval office, and in the next elections, if you aren't satisfied, vote Republican, for the new leader that will hopefully really represent your ideals. canadian ski god, I think Bush has made some bad desisions, and I don't agreee with them. I agree with the war on Iraq, and anyhting to combat terrorism, beecause they have saved lives, and will continue saving lives.

Where did the article say that they weren't WMD? I don't see it. (I'm not talking about the sarin nerve gas, but the WMD found by the Polish) It also says that terrorists were trying to buy themn for $5000 each to use against us. the threat is there. Bush is doing what he can to eliminate it and keep us safe. I think all the liberals don't like Bush no matter what he does, because he's 'repuiblican' even though he holds some democratic ideals. He's damned if he doesn't, damned if he does.
