the idea of fulltilt boots are to fit as tight as possible for performance, so i am a size 11 shoe and these 26.5 boots are nice and tight on my foot.

However some of my friends have like size 9 feet and wear 27.5 fulltilts because they like the space.

i would say anywhere between a 9 and 11 US shoe size you would fit this boot well

Not really, every person's foot is different. I have a 9.5 and I fit into 28.5's. What may fit for you doesn't mean they will fit for him.

well if your wearing 28.5's and you are a size 9.5 shoe you have no idea how fulltilt boots work. And if your foot is a retarded enough shape to fit a 28.5 boot well when your a 9.5 shoe then you probably shouldn't be wearing fulltilts because they are a very specific boot fit

No, that's what I got fit into. I don't like a super tight fit. My toes touch the end of the boot ands its good. My friend has the same boot size and shoe size as me too. I just got fit into that.
