Ski question

So this may be a nooby question, but what if i get a new pair of skis but my old bindings are still good, can i just get them taken off the old pair of skis and put on the new pair?

i would get new ones to make your setup last longer, if the bindings break, you would have to remount, and it'll take the pop out of your skis.
