Picking up and moving to Bend

In June my friend and I are moving out to Bend.  We're visiting over spring break, but any feedback on the town or people or whats good....jobs, the mountain, where to get good food, who has a really tasty artisan beer on tap...stuff like that.

Bend is sick. very cool vibes / people all over the place. Very easy to get between there and bachelor, if I remember right its literally like one road for 25 min between the two. And 100% go to Mothers Cafe, best food ive ever eaten, especially if you like smoothies and stuff of that nature. The food everywhere in that town is so dam good, go to Cafe Yum aswell. pretty much def move there, there's no way you could regret it in the slightest.

bachelor is the coolest big mountain. its big, but has a more local laid-back feel. no big real estate developments and shit at the base area.

You're probly familiar with it if you've ever been to Bend in the summer, but floating the Deschutes alllllll day with all your friends on a hot summer oregon day....is the best thing of the world. so peaceful.

Hell yes! Go eat at Flatbread pizza in the old mill, I work there over the summers. And what they said^^ floating the river during the summer is the best way to chill and relax! pm me if you want more shit to do or anything, or wana chill in the summer! Good luck with the move!

Bend's the shit. ive lived here forever and its the shit. Bachelor is 20 minutes away and super fun. In the summer Hood is only 1.5 hours away so u can shred there.
