Ok... so TNF did a facebook contest with the question, what did Sage do a double front on in utah?

one guy said chad's, pyramid.

Then I post almost immediately after, pyramid.

The rules say 1 guess per person first eligible person wins. Chads and Pyramid would be 2 answers, I just said pyramid... then TNF chimes in saying it was Chad's..

Then I link to the video where he actually does it.


They even say his double front over pyramid launched his career in the video.

Am I wrong to think I actually won?

I'm just kinda bummed they aren't owning up to it. It's a $300 jacket that I would like to have and I had enough sense to not say "chad's, pyramid" I confirmed that it was pyramid before posting it.

So apparently they can't decide if it was Chad's or Pyramid, but all of the text says pyramid, and even Sage's interview says Pyramid...

Apparently they are going to check out the original video... But then I need to ask, why is the info on Backcountry, Powdermag, and TGR (the people that shot the video) wrong?

And I still stand to the fact that the first dude had 2 answers automatically disqualifying him.

3 hours later they announced that I was right and that there had been some misinformation!

I'm stoked.

It was more so just the principle of the whole thing. Why would you post a question that the only way to know the answer is to watch a film that came out in 2001 or personally ask the person? Of course google came up with the answer with 4 different sources all saying a different answer than what they claimed and 0 sources for the the one they did claim.

Just a poor question choice. I do the same job as the girl does but for Copper and I've had to admit I was wrong before. Sucks but can't get everything right.


Now I'm just waiting for Sage to pop in his head and be like... well... I did it on Chad's too and the video/interviews are wrong.. I didn't know the difference.
