Replying to Legal help with urban

so me and my buddies scoped a rail tonight, and saw that there was a sign saying $55 fine for skateboarding and biking that was right beside the rail.

if we hit it with skis, does that sign justify their right to give us a ticket for it, or can they just kick us out?

either way, we're hitting it. just wanna know the facts if something happens
