No, they aren't. They aren't in the top 100 business programs in Business Week or Financial Times. They might be top 50 engineering when you take it down to some retarded granularity such as engineering programs that give out doctoral degrees in XYZ, so it's top 50 of 75 programs in the nation.
It may have 'more startups' than MIT, but that's counting every bullshit hat crocheting company and ever other superfluous startup. If you look at financing received, revenue generated and number of employees the U wouldn't be in the top 50.
Stop trying to build the U up so you can justify your parents dropping a 100k on your education. When you are trying to get a job without connections the U name is going to get you nowhere.
