I'm looking for new skis for park and groomers. I want something that's not symmetrical, preferably a <20 m radius and waist width in the low 90s. I don't want them to be stiff as hell but not noodley either. I already have noodley skis (Elizabeths). I'm 6'2" and about 170 lbs with ski gear on.
I'm looking at Line Chronic Cryptonites in 183 cm. I could get a good deal on them. They seem to have everything I want: a nice medium flex, 92 mm waist, 19 m radius and nice graphics too. I'd mount them 2 cm back from true center. Plus I've owned many Line skis and always been happy with them. Any drawbacks to the Chronics? As you can probably tell, I've almost decided to get them already. I mainly just want to hear what everyone thinks about these skis.
