I would say mentally destroy him, really beat his ass, or public humiliation. Don't say something racist cause just shows to us, you, and this fat fuck that you're no better than him with the hate slang. So find something thats just terrible, i mean do some research on this kid, ask people about something embarrassing, and just bring him down. Getting in a fight wont be to effective unless you're really good at it. If you are, lay a punch on him and kick his knee inward, this will cause his knee to buckle and hell fall to the ground then you can beat him. But a fight will most likely get you suspended so don't do it unless you know you'll give him a beating.
Third, since he is fat, aannndd he is your gym partner here is what you do. First, acquire some sort of mcdonalds or some sort of common fast food meal. Put some stimulant laxitive (aka ex-lax) in the piece of food. While you are changing into your gym attire pretend like your about to take a bite, then hopefully he says something like "give me that" and let him eat. Sometime in between cover all toilet seats with duct tape and simply watch during gym class as he attempts to do a lay up or something and shits all over the floor. This isn't exactly what would happen but maybe a reaction like this:
