A racist kid at my school

im black and there's this kid who keeps hatin on me for it, noted i go to a small school around 500 kids, now he's an Indian and thinks that whippin out the n word is cool, he's a senior and my gym aid, cause im just a lil freshmen ya know. at first i thought he was joking but now im beginning to think he's serious and its scaring me like today

then our teacher walks in and is tellin me that i need to stop talkin smack or "you're gonna get the piss beat out of ya"
so now im over him callin me that and ive kinda stood up for myself except for the fact that hes 5' 5" and 220

im not gonna win in a fight so what should i do if i dont wanna be a snitch?

im 1/2 white and black. my brother was almost in the same situation in middle school (he has dark skin), he just told a principal or teacher. In this situation you dont need to worry about being a snitch because nobody will call you out for snitching on a racist. But if he is just fucking around ignore it, people that know im mixed ask how im black and have freckles ( I am super pale lol) or they say im an uh oh oreo. I think all of it is hilarious but in your situation i dont think this kid is messing with you.

seriously if it gets to the point of fighting never ever throw the 1st punch or even touch him, if he touches you first then thats battery and assault. i was in a similar situation in elementary and middles school way for i was a chubby kid and all the athletic jocks would gang up on me and i was told this by my parents. so plan is no matter what point it gets to if he touches you first you have the right to defend yourself for you are threatened, but if you touch him first then he could do the same. so be careful.

The best thing to do is just ignore him. do not respond or even talk to him, or even show any emotion. By showing that you are confident and strong shows that you are the dominate one.

Tell the adminstration get him suspended and then laugh at all the work he has to make up. If he dose it agian repeat. If he is a retard and dose it a 3rd time kick his ass. A girl, she was really nice and had a contagious laugh (Nasa) at my school was called the n word . So she confronted the chick who said it and said say it again, so the redneck chick does and BOOM. Shit goes down it's in chorus so kids are braking it up and she is beating the shit out of the redneck. I talk to my teacher about it later, and she said if she heard what is was about she would have acted much slower. I saw like five teachers give Nasa pats on the back, or like heard nods. All the teacher's were kinda like happy with her. Even the principle didn't seem to be mad at her.
Confront him about it. Make sure he knows you don't like it. If it continues kick his ass.
