If you are just gonna visit these places I wouldn' t bother getting a brand new setup. Quebec will have similar conditions as Ontario (maybe more snow and of course more vertica)l, so you can use your present setup. For Whistler I would recommend renting, this way you can try multiple skis and not worry about transproting cost maintenence or having them stolen during your trip.
Why commit cash to something you will only use a few days? Just bring your boots and rent some sweet skis...
I think they charge 70$ one way to transport skis on Air Canada now...
haha you wish...when i was 13 i went off a bump wrong and my bindings ripped right out of a pair of invaders
Not trying to discourage here....but before you commit $1000 on a new pow setup I would try sking a fat rockered ski for the day at your resort....They are great in the pow but it would be a shame to have them sit in your closet for all but a couple days a year....
If you want a new pair of skis that will shred your Ontario resort and still capable of handling the stuff on bigger mountains, check out the On3p Jeronimos they do everything well. But I see you like Line so why not the prophet 90?
