so the thing that tightens the strings on the liner broke on one of my boots. i took them back to the shop where i bought them and they tryed to fix them, but what they did didn't work. so now i get shin bang on one shin but not the other. i looked on salomon's website and saw no way to contact any reps or anyone at all for that matter. what should i do to get it fixed?

Thats ridiculous that your shop could not fix them We get this all the time at the shop I work at and its not a big deal at all. Try and find a different shop or something because they should easily be able to contact salomon and buy the replacement part.

on the thing that tightens them they put some weird thing that sticks out the top, and it doesnt work at all
