How to move down around in jackets?

So i have this jacket http://armadaskis.com/product/outerwear/amphibian/ and it doesnt have the "pockets" for the down like most do, and a lot of the down has seemed to move around and now there are places where there is no insulation at all. any ideas for how to fix this? or should i just get it stuffed with more

try putting it in the dryer on super LOW heat (as low as it can do) with a few tennis balls, and let it run for 3-4 minutes at a time......be careful to use low heat and check on it a lot....tennis balls should beat the shit out if the down and make it fluffy again
