So I got put in a weight training class at my high school and am really not liking it. But if it were to help me with my skiing I would stay in it. So i am just wondering if lifting weights will help with my skiing.
Thanks.

You could also do light weight upper body work outs to help with spinning and imjury prevention as shoulder injuries are common in skiing (both mine are seperated right now).
I do find it funny on this site that it seems working out or lifting weights has such a negative connotation. Just because your in the gym doesn't mean your some ripped roid monkey looking to get unhumanly jacked. There are lost of ways to work out for lots of different results.
