How do I lincoln loop?

i want to learn a lincoln loop and tried on my trampoline but the rotation does not make sense to me. please help!! People say its the easiest flip rotation...

right hand, right butt cheek, or left hand, left butt cheek depending on which way you flip. Once you understand the rotation, they will be super easy

i was trying on the trampoline and they seemed like i would snap my neck. the rotation makes no sense. also corks make no sense too.

if you are nervous about getting inverted for the first time, bring your knees to your chest, its almost impossible to hurt yourself that way. Also, make sure that you are jumping straight up and not to the side

dont flip it right from the ground or youll fly sideways. as soon as your airborne its all in your obliques: just bring your head to your shoulder and that hand to buttcheek thing was pretty good too haha. and bring your legs in a little. this will make your center of gravity a little more centered in your actuall torso so its easier to keep the flip in control. i wouldnt say its the easiest flip but its alot of fun once you get it
